I am new to the discussion board and have the following question concerning devices such as the "instructo swing and "shortstroke trainer", or others. Do any of them work? Several girls on our 13-15 year olds Debs team (including my daughter)have swing problems that need work and I was wondering what the group's experience is or thoughts are these aids.
