I don't know if this drill works for better hitting curveballs, but I
know it is a very effective drill for making the hands and the
swing as a whole quicker to the ball which is a benefit no matter
what the pitcher is throwing because it allows you to take an
extra split second to see the pitch. Just my two cents on it, hope
it helps.
