I just found this site...its great. I was not a ball player, but am trying to help my 8 year old. I am however an engineer and used to play golf. The rotational mech. makes much more sense than what I am seeing coaches teach. In the mechanics section I finally found what I was looking for.
True Bathead acceleration should feel like the bat is being pulled from your hands on a line throught the length of the bat! Which is why some accidental rotationalist must've installed the knob!
I plan to try to undo 3 years of teaching..order the video and keep you posted....thanks.
