Pitching or throwing?

Pitching-Ernie Parker is a classic source.

For regular throwing mechanics, I found Sue Enquist's video "Teaching Infielding for Younger Players" to be excellent- I was/am teaching younger players but I see some of the same mechanics problems with older girls too. Like the tendency to throw the ball like they're throwing a pie.
