My H.S.team just won all county in Tampa 21-3 record.A team thought to be a weak hitting team when I came,I implemented a tire similar to Jack's bag drill and used over under training and teaching them what they look like at contact and how they should look. They have been crushing the ball this year lots of doubles a few homers and plenty of clutch hits.Their batspeed has really come up and some are already getting looked at as junors as prospects.I have changed some from linear to rotation and tweaked others here and their.Everyone is wanting to know how we do it but I'm not saying a word.

Hi RQL,
Can you explain to me what exactly your tire drill is? Is it just a tire tied up to a tree so as to get hitters generating batspeed early? Also, I'm curious as to what kind of over/under training you have your players do. Thanks.
