I have been playing baseball for 20 years and in the last two years I have developed a knack for hitting the baseball primarily off the handle of the bat. Is there a mechanical flaw in a swing which traditionally will result in hitting the ball off the handle, or am I just getting too slow? For example, I feel as though I am literally throwing my hands at the baseball and not getting the head of the bat around in time. HELP!
