My daughter has developed a blip in her swing. The bat jumps over the ball then levels off on the follow through, sort of like a heart beat on a moniter can anyone help? Her timing is right on but the bat seams to "hop" over the ball.


Is it possible that you got some "blubber" on the bat. If you remember in that old movie about the guy who concontcted some substance that made the ball hop over the bat. Maybe it wasn't blubber but "stuff." I think your daugher got some of that stuff on your bat making it "hop" over the ball.

Thats the only thing I can think of since what you are describing is impossible.
