Heavy Bag Posted by: BsH (Blitzfastpitch@aol.com) on Sat Apr 13 00:39:52 2002 I want to incorporate heavy bag training into our program .. It seems very unconvential and would like to know if anyone knows of any major colleges or professional teams that use this in their training so I will be armed when approached with the question ..
