Since there isn't a search feature on this site, I don't know if this topic has already been covered, but it would be great if you guys replied anyway.

The website is http://www.rsgsports.com/turboslots.htm. It says that it will increase power.

I was wondering if they had any other benefits possible besides the batspeed they promised. Like if it provides extra resistance to your swing so your bat will swing through the ball stronger.

I bought them because they promised to do one thing. Keep the bat out of your palm. And they do just that. If you already have the proper grip, I'm not so sure that they would benefit you as much. But for me, they helped cure my tendancy to overgrip or strangle the bat. Which caused wrist bind, put a wave in my swing and slowed my bat speed. Now that I know what the proper grip SHOULD feel like. I went back to hitting w/o them and feel that I am hitting better than I ever have. They taught me a good lesson.
