I know forearms are the most important thing to hitting. what are good things to get ur forearms to help u get quicker hands?

My apologies for being sarcastic to your initial post.
If you decide to keep reading, you stated that "I know forearms are the most important thing to hitting".
If that is a simple comment, I disagree with it. If you read what Jack has written on this site, you will at least understand that others do not share your opinion. And you will learn why. That is called educating yourself.
If you digest what is on this site and still feel that forearms are the key, please post your reasons. It will spur a lively discussion.
