does any one have drills to do to gain batspeed?

GET THREE BATS 1)YOUR GAME BAT
2)A BAT THAT IS MAYBE 6-9OZ HEAVIER
3)A BAT THAT IS MAYBE 6-9OZ LIGHTER (NOT WIFFLEBALL)
FIRST LOOSEN UP!
THEN SWING THE HEAVY BAT 15 SWINGS
THEN SWING THE LIGHT BAT 15 SWINGS
THEN SWING THE GAME BAT 15 SWINGS
REST 5 TO 10 MINUTES THEN REPEAT FOR A TOTAL OF THREE SETS.
THIS WILL GIVE YOU 135 SWINGS A DAY MAKE THE QUALITY SWINGS(HARD SWINGS) DON'T GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS! THIS WILL ALSO BUILD UP YOUR HANDS. IF THIS PROGRAM IS FOR A CHILD YOU CAN CUT BACK THE REPS AND/OR SETS. IF YOU DO THIS FOR THREE WEEKS YOU WILL SEE A GREAT DIFFERENCE! THIS IS A OVERLOAD/UNDERLOAD PROGRAM. I STATED THIS A YEAR AGO AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. MY POWER HAS INCREASEDALONG WITH MY BAT CONTROL. I HOPE THIS HELPS. PAT V
