I would say concentrate on waiting on the pitch longer. If you are a little too early it's hard to keep both hands on the bat. Also really concentrate on turning your back shoulder. What I mean is getting complete shoulder rotation throughout your follow through. Almost to the point where the back shoulder is closer to the pitcher then the lead shoulder.
