I know this isn't exactly about swinging a bat but maybe it could have something to do with it.
To be proactive, I am looking to strengthen my rotator cuff(s), mainly on my throwing arm but would work both arms. Any advice on specific rotator cuff-related exercises? I work out everyday with free weights but don't know a specific exercise for that area.
Does strengthening your rotator cuffs increase bat speed by allowing you to increase torque?
