Stride? Posted by: Chad Thompson (chadcthompson@gmail.com) on Thu May 3 20:03:58 2007 Hey I am in 10th grade and have always hit successfully without striding, why is it that coaches put so much emphasis on striding? And when do you start to stride? Is it when the pitcher releases the ball or is it when the ball is approaching home plate.
