how can i test bat speed on a group of female teenagers aged 15-17 in a relativly simple nature?

Sorry. If you've noticed, the only batspeeds you see on TV are on Sunday Night Baseball with battrack.
Its not easy to measure batspeed.
The only way I know of is using the Setpro equipment you can get at www.setpro.com
This stuff works. and you will learn a lot from this.
