dropping my shoulder and flying out Posted by: bob jones (shsbaseball1616@yahoo.com) on Sat Apr 21 12:20:39 2007 i need help bad i have been dropping my shoulder and flying out a lot this season and playoffs are right around the corner so i need to fix this quick any thoughts?any kind of stance that can prevent me from doing that or position my hands differently or stride differently or any drills i can do?
