Unfortunately, even with this change, I feel most coaches will not bother teaching THT and will just tell that "the hips lead the hands", which is true but without THT, a lot less power is generated.

I talked with a D1 Coach who said his batters had not noticed any difference. Since the bat manufacturers lost a lot of money on the composites, could this be the way to stay out of the red? Every player has to have a new bat..........time will tell.
