Hey Jack, Rql, Major Dan, and everyone else
> > > I have been clobbering balls of late, hitting homers to right and left center, but I have been having trouble with hitting the inside pitch. I always seem to get tons of top spin and the ball always hooks foul, my high school coach tells me to stay inside and throw hands at the pitcher, but I understand those terms aren't right. I was wondering if there are any drills to do or any advice you have that will enable me to hit inside pitches for homeruns.

> iF YOUR A HITTER THAT CAN PULL THE BALL DOWN THE MIDDLE INTO THE GAP,AND THEN TRY TO USE THE SAME SWING AND HIT IT FURTHER OUT FRONT FOR THE I.S. PITCH THEN THE ANGLE OF THE BAT AT CONTACT WELL DRIVE IT FOUL.YOU WOULD ALSO FIND YOUR ARMS IN A EXTENDED V PATTERN WELL OUT FRONT.ACTUALLY ON THE I.S. PITCH I FELT THAT I LEANED BACK MORE UPPER BODY AND KEPT MY ARMS TIGHTERLIKE MY ELBOWS WERE CONNECTED NEAR THE RIB CAGE AND THE BARREL DID NOT GET SO FAR OUT FRONT OFTHE HANDS.USE A TEE AND SEE WHAT IT TAKES TO HIT IT HARD AND KEEP IT FAIR.TRY YOUR REGULAR SWING 1ST LIKE IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF PLATE AND HIT THE I.S. OUT FRONT MORE IF YOU HOOK FOUL THEN START ADJUSTING TELL YOU KEEP IT FAIR.THEN BUILD IT INTO YOUR MUSCLE MEMORY.
