Sure thing Sam. I will tell you this. It's VERY easy to do. It literally takes 3 minutes out of your day. I am on my 3rd day and after my first day of just doing a few exercises I already felt more explosive. I can't wait to see how I progress. I will give you my honest opinion. So far I feel much more explosive and as of right now I am on just my 3rd day of the exercises.
