Would it be okay to start loading slowly as the pitcher is in his wind up. Like as the pitcher is moving through his wind up, slowly start bringing your hands back. Or would it be better to just wait longer and then just load right back, instead of just gradually loading your hands back? Will you lose any power doing this? Thanks.
