Barry Bonds also uses this drill effectively which is why he can actually get jammed and still hit the ball 400 ft. This is exactly what occured when he was robbed in the allstar game by Torri Hunter in centerfield about two allstar games ago. Bonds was jammed, brought his hands in and took a full rotational cut to the ball.

Good Reply George, I will work on this at practice. I've read the Ted Williams book, I need to pick up the Dusty Baker book when I get the chance.
