The swing is an arc people. The hands do not lead the swing. The barrel is the last thing to go through the zone. If the hands lead when you hit you will never be able to hit an off speed pitch or hit with any pop. Young hitters are being ruined because they actually work on hands first. Your better off leaving kids alone and letting them hit on there own and figure things out because they will be better off instead of thinking of hands first.
