Re: late

Timmy-

Not knowing how your swing looks I can only make a couple of assumptions. When I usually see hitters late on a baseball I think of two things:

1. Check to see , once your front foot is down, if your hips continue to drift towards the baseball. Resulting the weight being out on your front foot.

2. The effects of #1 usually cause your hands to drag behind your hips. You want your hands to stay in connection with your hips as you rotate into the baseball.

3. Make sure your head stays on the ball. If your head pulls off your front shoulder will tend to turn out, therefore leaving your hands dragging behind.

Hope this helps
