I though about that more than 30 yrs ago. During shooting training, I found that although I was right handed my dominant eye was the left. I was difficult to strike out and loved to hit curve balls. More than 20 yrs ago, there was an article in JAMA about dominant eye and sports performance. My answer is yes, I'll try to find the article.
