Does anyone have any advice on pre-game batting practice that has been noticeably effective for your players?

Now, when you work on mechanics you should hit off a tee or hit a heavy bag. This is because hitting a ball thrown by a pitcher requires a great amount of concentration so any mechanical thoughts should leave the mind. See the ball Hit the ball.

Kevin,

Pre game preparation should be getting lose and mental. There is nothing that can be done just before a game that will make a big difference. If it's not done in practice, just before a game is too late.
