Re: Re: what is a good bat speed Posted by: Nick D (nickkkkd@hotmail.com) on Sat Nov 6 08:42:49 2010 When i was 13 I was swinging average 75mph and my peak was 82mph. I'm 14 now and im starting my lessons again hoping to be in the 80's. My technique is rolling my hands butt not to much and I do the top hand release.
