Alex,

Whos approach are you using to teach. They should have told you can not learn rotational mechanics in 3 weeks. These kids have been taught linear all their lives and to expect them to pick it up in 3 week is just way way to much. You should start with dry swings and learn the mechanics then move up to wiffle balls and finally live pitching. To try and get them to hit live pitching in that short of time is only going to hurt them IMO.
