One thing I see is how the elbow lowers as the hips begin to rotate, during that time the shoulders remain closed. If you put the clip into Quicktime you can view it frame by frame. So he is showing a very good sequence from the lower body up to the upperbody. Which is not surprising because I see this in most Bonds clips.

Another I see is how the bat moves from vertical to down into the swing plane. Jack likes to say the bat is accelerated backwards first, but there is as much if not more movement from vertical down into the swing plane. I see this in Sosa as well, lots of movement from vertical to downwards.
