You disappoint me. I invite you to join in the discussion and will continue to do so.
You don't have to use pros as hitting models to comment on what Ichiro is doing. Surely you must have some insights into his unique hitting style, not as a model for anything, just as an example of somewhat non-orthodox but effective mechanics.
