Well said, Jimmy

The hands go downward to almost every pitch location. Yet the barrel will hit the ball on the upswing. There are many reasons for this, not the least of which is, it forces you to let the ball travel to you.

Those that don't have the hands going down, but instead have them going level or up have little to no adjustability.

Distinction needs to be made between what the hands are doing and what the barrel is doing.
