level to the ball and he was a rotational guy. Charlie Lau the linear guru who's books I have
read and learned plenty from said you should want to swing down to the ball for backspin.

Josh,

I am very familiar with both Williams and Lau. My point is that labling different
characteristics as one thing or another is pointless. Both Lau and Williams would agree
that staying through the ball as long as possible is benificial, but they are on opposite
ends with the lable of the swing. Why the debate at all?
