just starting
Bought the video been working the heavy bag for several weeks. Everything looks as it should at the point of contact (full hip and shoulder rotation, straightlead arm, bent top arm, firm front leg, bent back leg with heal up, weight over back hip) Is this it? What else should I be looking for? We're working BHT only at this time. Kid's really hitting the bag hard, already broke a bat.
Been reading some past posts, you guys are starting to scare me. Is it realy as complicated as some make it seem?
