Re: Re: JACK'S NEW TRAINING AID NOW AVAILABLE > I guess your connector beats mine jack.I was using 2 one pound dumbells ,holding one in each hand and kept them connected as as I swung to contact.if I didnt keep them connected I knew I was doing some thing wrong .I"ll be ordering yours soon
