What does "L" have to do with your contact point?
whats up aj.
the term l, or power l is the position of your right arm, (for a right handed hitter)at contact for pitches middle in. Your right arm should be making an L so that your elbow is in and your forearm is parallel to the ground, there should be a 90 degree angle from your arm and forearm,
