Re: Want to improve my slowpitch swing ... Please Help! > I play competitve mens slow pitch softball. I'm looking to improve my hitting. Want to generate more power ... have more bat speed. Looking for things to work on during the off season and in season that will help me improve stay fresh and keep a quick bat. I take a lot of BP & workout 2-3 times a week. Looking to improve my mechanics and improve my swing. What things can I poss. look at and tweak in my swing that wouls help improve my hitting? Have you heard of the overlap grip & What are you thoughts on the overlap grip for more bat speed and whip? Looking for any advice that will help me improve and take my game to the next level - THANKS!!!
