What do others think of this drill to develop the proper mechanics and CHP.

I will put my name,YOU lose the bet,I played div.1ball in college, actually became 1st team all american, set college world series hr record at the time played pro.Its a long ways from LL.What I did learn from here is that I used both styles and though 1style is what got me the scholarship it was rotation that I started learning late in life that was making the biggest leaps in my career. Now I never realized that I was doing rotation and chp till I got to see it in slo mo video.I never knew how all the energy of my hips got into my forearms to hit the ball 500 feet.Between video at setpro .com and old tapes of myself in cws now in slo mo and the explanations here could I see how to put it all together. As far as experts at other sites, will they are teaching a different style and their details are good for that style we just dont agree with the style here.
