Any advice on the best devices to measure swing speed? Who makes them? Approx cost? Where to Buy etc.?

I could be the first to testify on the snail mail. Hopefully some day Paul see's the light and can get everything together, supply and demand :).

He has some great ideas for future upgrades involving swing quickness from launch to contact.

Regardless, price and function his equipment is extremely useful.
