What I'm seeing is the same thing I see on my son's team with a particular player who is
almost always missing under the ball. When he loads he is dropping his hands to far below
his back shoulder. His hands should stay up closer to even with the shoulder, but not drop
down to as far as his does. I bet that fixes it. Look at around the 3 second mark in the
video. This is just my 2 cents but feel that's the case.
