Pros bat speeds

What are the bat speeds generated by the top home run hitters?

And has anyone figured out a formula for how much bat speed is required (assuming solid contact with MLB quality equipment and a pitch speed of ~70 mph like batting practice) to hit a baseball 400 feet?
