Hey >I bough a wiffle ball pitching machine last week.I have to say its a great hitting aid can take 100 swings in 15min.big improvements can happen by using J Mankins teaching, and the machine . even before I knew any thing of this website I always hit the out side pitch well. but never knew why I couldn"t hit the the inside pitch hard.weak grounder to third or short. within 10 min on the machine and remembering what mankin teaches I figured out what I was doing wrong on inside pitches for for the last 7 yrs .
I started out using a chp but then unknowingly close to contact pushed my hands in a linear path. which straighthen out the front elbow swing down and stopped the rotation of the shoulders .with just the heavy bag or in games I wouldnt have ever figured this out on mine own so i want to thank mankin and the machine 100 swings a day
