HI. anthony>The fact that you can pull the ball with power is great. I dont think you should make major changes and kill your power.I dont think its wrong on inside pitches that you roll your front foot over at and after contact.it probally helps you to rotate your front shoulder back to the catcher and extend your front knee to the pitcher when the bat and ball meet.I seen many good major leauge ball players do this I do belive it is very important that you hide your hands when you first load and that its just as important that when you stride and the ball of the foot first lands on the ground.that your front shoulder is still closed.from this closed postion your hips and shoulder can then rotate under a stationary head.hopefully you are landing with your foot somewhat closed then as you swinging the bat that the front heel is rotating back towards the catcher as the bat is rotating . then at or just after contact your foot is rolling over.on outside pitches its important to let the ball get deep keep you head over the plate, start you swing with a important hand tech called top hand torque and keep rotating the shoulder until contact, this will help balance and power on outside pitches
