What is the nature of spine angle during the swing? Does it change throughout the swing or should it remain constant? Recently, I noticed that my son leaning in toward the plate by bending at the hips as he loads and moves into the launch phase of the swing. His stance is rather upright, that is, little bending at the hips, but changes during the early phase of his swing. He keeps his spine angle well through contact; however, it does seem to restrict the shoulder turn. thanks
