HI GEORGE>iF YOUR SAYING STEROIDS WONT HELP A BATTER IMPROVE I HAVE TO DISAGREE.GRANTED THEY WONT GET A REGULAR GUY TO MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL. BUT THEY IMPROVE EYESIGHT BECAUSE THE EYES HAVE MUSCLES. AND THEY ALSO INCREASES BAT SPEED BIG TIME. WE ALL KNOW HOW IMPORTANT BAT SPEED IS . ESP IF THE BATTER DOESNT HAVE TO MUSCLE UP TO ATTAIN THAT HIGH BAT SPEED. SWING EASY HIT HARD, HOW MANY WARNING TRACK FLY BALLS HAVE CLEARED THE FENCES HOW MANY HIGH FAST BALLS HAVE BEEN CAUGHT UP TO BECAUSE OF THEM ?BEFORE THEM 30 AND 40 HOME RUNS WERE BIG YRS.AFTER THEY CAME INTO MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL. 50,60.AND 70 HRS HAD BEEN A REGULAR.IF CARL YAZ AND STAN THE MAN BOTH WHO PLAYED UNDER 200LBS HAD USED THEM IM SURE THEIR NUMBERS WOULD HAVE BEEN EVEN GREATER THEN THEY WERE. THOU THEY MIGHT NOT STILL BE HERE.
