Would it be fair to say that, at least in our era, Bonds would be the greatest linear hitter in baseball?

There was about 30 years between Ruth and Maris and almost 40 between Maris and Mcguire. Now we have had more then 60 homes runs hit 5 times in 4 years.

After the strike they wanted fans back in the seats so they juiced up the ball, made the stike zone smaller and in some cases made the parks "home run" friendly. So we get more homes runs and you guys are all excited about it.

Bonds, Sosa and Mcquire are 40 home run hitters playing a game created for 70 home runs. You are being manipulated by the owners to get your dollars. Baseball has been corupted and you don't know it.

You didn't know that when you found out that when a guy has a no-hitter going in the late innings you have to let him have it?

Didn't that make you think about it?
