All I know is that, before I found this site, my swing looked nothing like Pujols' and I was a very mediocre hitter. As I have modified my swing to resemble Pujols', I have become a much better hitter. I'm not Pujols, but I'm much better.

I have seen the same thing with the kids I coach.
