ok it seems to me like when i take swings with
FIRM wrists,my swing gets much shorter and i
can hit the inside pitch with authority but i
worry about the pitch down and away cuz to
me it seem like i can only hit it with little
dragging flicks that on more than one occation
have ripped the bat rigth out of my hands. im
often lunging at it so i know my balance is way
off... can some one give me pointers on
driving that pitch in the gap, i see guys like
lance berkman (sorry im a natural righty but i
bat lefty) useing some awuful looking
mechanics (almost looks like a golf swing) on
that pitch but they hit it to the gaps with
power...can i get some help thanks
