A lot of times, rolling over is the result of trying to pull the ball too much. You will have to practice a lot, but you should practice taking the top hand off the bat and just take some extended tennis type swings using an uppercut. This will allow you to feel the extnension process. In the actual game you can go back to your normal approach. You will find yourself better able to extend (while keeping both hands on the bat) if you concentrate on hitting the ball through the middle of the field.
