A drill i learned from Joe Rudi, put a bat behing your back near the middle, and hold it where your forearm and bicep join, now roatate back and foward, driving your legs against eachother, using the inward turn, with about 60-70 percent of your weight on your back foot at launch position, make sure to full rotate your shoulders as well
