Re: TOO Much, is enough.

Hey,

I have attempted to play many sports. The one I have the most natural ability in happens to be the great sport of baseball. You claim that hitting a baseball is not the hardest thing to do in all of sports. Well, it is. Yes, in pro baseball there are more hit ball than hits. This is true do to the simple fact that these people hitting the balls are the best in the world at what they do. Why would you use people who hit baseballs for a living as a basis for your argument? If you're going to test a skill for difficulty, test it on someone who has never done it before. Let someone who has never held a bat in his hand try to hit a 90 mile an hour fastball. And another thing, baseball players know there are 9 guys out in the field trying to get them out. If a person has perfected "hitting" a baseball, then they should be able to place it where ever they choose. But, even the best in the world fail at this skill still 7 out of 10 times. I can hit a 90 mile an hour fastball, and honestly, i do it without even really thinking about it. No, it's not hard for me, because I've been playing competive baseball for nearly 18 years. If you can find a skill in any sport that is more difficult than hitting a baseball, then write about it and prove it with people who have never practiced that skill before.
