Thank you Mr. Mankin. You really helped me alot. I've found a new stance that I am comfortable with now. I have my feet shoulder with apart with my knees bent. I hold the bat about chest height with my back elbow up. As for keeping the bat loose I kind of bounce it on and off my shoulder. I tried this last night in batting practice and led me to a quick, short, powerful swing. Thier is also another question I have to ask. When I stride should I keep my feet how they are right now (shoulder width apart) so when I stride I stride about 5 inches, or should I widen it and try just turning my foot in like in the "no stride" technique.
